Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Show no signs of damage, scratches, resizing, or alteration caused after delivery.

Returns are accepted only for purchases made through the official Veldira website.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth claim process, customers must record a continuous 360° unboxing video while opening the parcel.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening.
  • The entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
  • The received product and all packaging materials.

Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

Return Process

To request a return:

  • Contact Veldira Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share your order number along with clear photos/videos of the product.
  • Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be requested to self-ship the product. Eligible shipping charges will be reimbursed after verification.

The returned product will undergo a quality inspection before the refund or exchange is approved.

Exchange Policy

Products eligible for return can also be exchanged.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the new product costs more, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • If the new product costs less, the remaining amount will be refunded or issued as store credit, as applicable.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns and refunds are not applicable for:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Products purchased using special promotional offers where mentioned as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards or store credits.
  • Products that have been used, worn, resized, repaired, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
